"Delightful accommodations and staff"

This boutique hotel is an amazing little oasis in the heart of downtown Athens. Breakfast was incredible and the entire place was immaculate. The rooftop bar/patio was such a nice place to gaze at the Acropolis each day. The staff helped us when we really needed it. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Athens.

"Nice hotel at the city center"

We stayed there only for one night and it definitely served the purpose. The room was clean and had all the necessities. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after the checkout and explore the city until our flight. The location was very convenient and we had everything we needed nearb

AMAZING! The hotel - the staff - the view - the location - the breakfast - the amenities - AWESOME! They go above and beyond! After a day out going back to the hotel we felt like we were coming home!! So friendly! We travel alot and when we were out and about we would talk about how great the hotel is - say things like no other place does things like that…

We enjoyed the genuine warmth and kindness from the staff; they ensured that we were always comfortable and were happy to assist in anything. Kristina took care of our luggage and the other staff members were equally helpful. We were excited that the hotel is central located to great sights and restaurants. Our suite had an amazing view of the Acropolis and the room was spacious. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its location and wonderful staff!

"Exceptional"

Great central location, only 5 mins walk from the metro station. Very spacious and clean rooms with great facilities and comfy bed. Great breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful receptionists! The views from the rooftop terrrace are unbeatable!

The panorama is unbelievable from the roof and the penthouse suite looks amazing. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff extremly kind and helpful. We had an unexpected situation and we had to go to a hospital. Vangelis (the owner) and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. This is a real hospitality. If you are in trouble, you can realize who is your real friend....and they were. We never forget this! ❤️ If we visit to Athen aytime, this is our place because we know that we count on these people. Thanks for everything, we keep you in our heart

"Gem of a hotel - perfect location"

"Great Location and Service"

The hotel location is ideal. It is across the street from Monastiraki Square, where there are restaurants, shopping, bus stops, etc and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. It has friendly and helpful owner and staff, hearty breakfast, all day access to coffee/expresso machine,and bottled water, and a huge bathroom with a wonderful shower.

"Refused to refund $1000 due to Air Traffic Controller Strike"

April 2025 We had reservations beginning April 9th, 2025 but the Greek air traffic controllers went on strike so our flight from Seattle was cancelled, and we couldn’t get another one for two days. We contacted Acropolis City Life to cancel our reservation and they refused. Acropolis City Life said simply “declined” and stiffed us out of more than $1000. We made two requests and they refused to help us at all. All our tours and dinner reservations cancelled with understanding, but Acropolis City Life wouldn’t even talk to us. Incredibly unethical.
