Amazing central location, really good size rooms with free water bottles available. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and the air conditioner worked great, we needed it the heat wave. Very comfy bed too
The hotel location is ideal. It is across the street from Monastiraki Square, where there are restaurants, shopping, bus stops, etc and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. It has friendly and helpful owner and staff, hearty breakfast, all day access to coffee/expresso machine, and bottled water, and a huge bathroom with a wonderful shower.
The panorama is unbelievable from the roof and the penthouse suite looks amazing. Rooms are clean and cozy. Staff extremly kind and helpful. We had an unexpected situation and we had to go to a hospital. Vangelis (the owner) and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. This is a real hospitality. If you are in trouble, you can realize who is your real friend....and they were. We never forget this! ❤️ If we visit to Athen aytime, this is our place because we know that we count on these people. Thanks for everything, we keep you in our heart
April 2025 We had reservations beginning April 9th, 2025 but the Greek air traffic controllers went on strike so our flight from Seattle was cancelled, and we couldn’t get another one for two days. We contacted Acropolis City Life to cancel our reservation and they refused. Acropolis City Life said simply “declined” and stiffed us out of more than $1000. We made two requests and they refused to help us at all. All our tours and dinner reservations cancelled with understanding, but Acropolis City Life wouldn’t even talk to us. Incredibly unethical.
Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of different options. The hotel location was perfect. The rooms (we stayed on two occasions) were both really clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Location was very central and convenient at any time of the day. The girl that welcomed us was super nice kind and helpful. The only problem there was a weird smell like it was coming from the bathroom, bur according to explanations, it must be the area at some time of the day, but overall it eas a very nice experience

We stayed here on the front end and back end of our Cruise. The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was midpoint between the airport and the cruise terminal. It is centrally located on a quaint side street in Athens; walking distance to the Acropolis; Monastiraki Square, Plaka, National Gardens, Parliament and much more. Christine at reception provided outstanding customer service; was so friendly and helpful. She set up all of our transfers (4 total) for us and we were picked up and delivered to our destinations on time. She was the BEST! The room was bright and clean; the breakfast was plentiful and had a large variety of food options. The roof top terrace was perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day. The view of the acropolis at night is breathtaking. We are so glad that we selected this hotel for our trip; it went beyond our expectation.

We liked the check-in process with Christina. The hotel staff, especially the front desk and the buffet. Everyone we met at this facility were great, including the owner! If and when I return to Athens, the Acropolis City Life Boutique Hotel will be the hotel for my stay.
Location right off of Ermou (on the same street as The Little Kook Cafe that was all decked out for Halloween - so fun!), a block from Monastiraki Square and metro station; small boutique hotel with tasteful and modern decor and a rooftop deck with a clear view of the Acropolis; room and bathroom were spacious; hotel staff were excellent (Evie, Christina, Evangelo, kitchen staff) and really went above and beyond - they arranged for earlier breakfast to be served when we had an early excursion, researched logistical info for an outdoor concert we were attending and also transit options to the port and train station - we could not have asked for anything more from them; breakfast was beyond what we expected each morning and in a lovely breakfast area - bacon, eggs, potatoes, pastries/bread/bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, selection of charcuterie meats and cheeses and fixings, juices/teas/coffee, fridge with water was always available for self-serve.
